Pros: After changing rooms twice and contacting Booking.com the staff at Red Roof Inn finally upgraded us to a much better room. But the staff at the front desk were very rude and sarcastic. They didn't seem to take pride in their rooms, or the customers. Cons: The staffs unacceptable repour.

Pros: Nothing good Cons: Horrible customer service manager gave me and my fiancé a whole attitude and tried to lock up my personal belongings and pets inside and would not allow me to retrieve them out! We had to call the police on the staff member just to get our things! And we still had to pay for late checkout, all because they wouldn’t accept my visa debit card, they wanted it in cash! Like, why do you specifically need cash? It’s 2026, most people do not carry cash at all. Scammers! Stay away from this shabby sad excuse of a hotel, far away, there are much better pet friendly hotels.
