Terrible do not waste your money or time

Pros: Nothing at all. The girls at the desk were nice. It was late but they were still nice. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. Cons: It was nasty. Absolutely disgusting. Blood stains on the sheets, walls were nasty. Non smoking but definitely has been smoked in. We smelled after we left. Stripped the bed put clean sheets on slept just like that. But also our room wasn’t available. Paid and booked online. Had to share a queen with my 2 daughters bc they didn’t have it. It was awful.

You won't be disappointed!!

Pros: I like everything about the hotel. The room looked exactly like the picture on the website which most of the time it doesn't. The people at the front desk are really nice and all the staff were as well! I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Jacksonville area! Cons: I was completely satisfied there was nothing that I did not like!
