We were scared and immediately informed the reception, requesting that someone come and clean the room. However, no one came to clean it, and we were afraid to walk around the room because we had children with us. The next day, we complained to the reception again, but they told us that room cleaning was provided only once and that we could collect towels from the front desk if needed.
