Absolutely unacceptable.
Cons: This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The hotel is extremely old, dirty, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout the hallways and even inside the room. The room itself was filthy. The bed linens looked and felt as though they had not been properly washed, and there was no sense of cleanliness or freshness.
