My stay at the Red Roof Inn Plus+ was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property appears to double as public housing, and it was noisy both day and night, making it impossible to get any rest. The housekeeping practices were unacceptable. I witnessed the housekeeping cart tip over into brown dirt outside. Instead of discarding the towels, the staff simply shook them off and continued using them in guest rooms. This is a hotel that houses those who are unhoused. It should not even be on the Expedia website. It’s completely misleading. If corporate reads this, you really should take it off as an option for Expedia. We drove around the property in disbelief and left. I canceled immediately. We were fortunate enough to find another hotel that night, but highly inconvenient for us. From now on when I see a two start rating I’ll believe it. I had no idea what to expect on this one, I thought maybe a little bit older in the building but not what it is in reality.

One of the wash clothes was dirty and the tv stand was full of dust.

Biggest complaint is that the pictures on line of hotel don't match the reality. Once we arrived we chose not to stay. Very kind owner but not the place for us.
