Cons: The room smell like moth balls
Cons: The room smell like moth balls. There was a big cracked in the wall. I asked for a room on the bottom floor due to leg issue. The response I got was I can use elevator that is available. My spouse called front desk later that evening the excuse he got was I went through a third party and asked for double beds. Where there was clearly room vacant on the 1st floor with double beds. She didn't say do you mind getting a single queen bed instead since that was all available on 1st floor
