A nice apartment conveniently located.

Pros: Location was great for the city centre and Clifton. The key was easy to access and the apartment was clean and tidy. Cons: Parking although close by wasn’t secure. The apartment felt quite small when the sofa bed was used. It would be a perfect size for a couple.

Pros: Clean appartment. Good facilities. Cons: Communication could have been better. Reserved a baby cot, when checking up on it a day before arriving, they suddenly informed me that the cot has no mattress. If you’re travelling by airplane that is quite inconvenient and should be mentioned when making the reservation. Also there was an automatic light with a movement sensor in the apartment which couldn’t be turned off. This is very annoying at nighttime, the slightest movement will turn on a very bright light, especially when travelling with a baby this is inconvenient :(

I will definitely recommend it to everyone that asks

Pros: Everything was done online even the key so there was no wait and they were very polite Cons: I liked everything

Cons: The sofa bed was very poor quality and uncomfy Parking is rather mis-sold. The area you can pay to park is tiny and tricky spaces. There should be much more transparency with this
