The pictures of the luxury double rooms with sea views (which is what we had paid for) showed a picture of a bay window with two chairs
The pictures of the luxury double rooms with sea views (which is what we had paid for) showed a picture of a bay window with two chairs. Our room did not have a bay window and only had one chair - yes, we did technically have a sea view but you had to stand up! Despite having filtered on parking as that is important to us with an old car, it turned out that the only parking was on-street. I nearly cried on arrival. The rest of the experience was good.

As long as you book with the expectation that this is a relatively low-cost hotel you won’t be disappointed. The staff were helpful, the room was basic but clean. It suited my requirements. I think the restaurant was a bit of a letdown due to the high cost and lengthy wait for food - maybe I caught them at a bad time and there were no better options nearby. Not a great location if you want to walk to see/do things but there are transport options nearby.
