The inside is like a haunted house. The room is smelly. The bathroom water was brown n smelly too. The bed had no sheets. The pillows has make up stains. Their towels are stiff n harsh on your skin. I was in the room for 30 minutes. I went looking for another hotel right away. They charged me for one night, but I didn’t care. I just had to leave.

Great one-night layover hotel!
We stayed at the Regent Star overnight for a layover and we had a very pleasant experience. The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect for what we wanted. One night, to get some sleep, near the airport. Convenient shuttle service. (We were told other floors had carpet, so opted for the ground floor with tile. Allergies)

The hotel itself appeared run-down, dirty, and neglected, with a deserted, ghost town-like atmosphere that made me feel uneasy and unsafe. It was evident that the property had not been maintained properly — everything from the hallways to the lobby looked unclean and lifeless. I made the decision to leave immediately and booked another hotel at my own expense. I reached out to Expedia for
