Ótima localização e custo-benefício, mas precisa de manutenção

Pros: O hotel tem uma localização muito boa e central, mas cuidado porque as ruas ao lado são extremamente cheias de movimento. Cons: Os cômodos precisam de uma reforma. Banheiros com mofo, quartos com poeira, aquele hotel que mostra os sinais do tempo. Com uma reforma ficaria mais adequado.
