Pros: Fair price considering the proximity to the highway and helpful staff Cons: We dined at the restaurant in the evening because we were tired of driving - we quickly regretted it due to the poor tasteless food. Breakfast was okay. The room showed signs of being well-used, but it was fine to have a door separating the rooms in the family room we had booked.

Cons: We never received a confirmation that our accommodation was accepted, which meant that when we arrived at the hotel at night with two children, there was no room. Nevertheless, both booking.com/the hotel charged money that we have requested to be refunded, but have not yet received, despite not having stayed overnight... so we have paid for a service we have not received. Both booking.com and the hotel are taking a long time to respond. It is not very good service and deeply unfair that the money is being withdrawn without the accommodation being accepted. Pros: It was easy and quick to get to. Friendly staff. Cons: It was dirty, very noisy, felt unsafe, and the breakfast was not great either. The staff mentioned that it was very important for us to lock the door.
