Cosy hotel with exceptional views

Pros: The staff was really accommodating and friendly. As soon as you enter the room, there is a lot of wood which makes it very cosy. Also there is music in the room to set the vibes to chill and relax. Also there was a welcoming drink; champagne and in the room a bottle of water with mint which was sweet and delicious. The lunch and breakfast was exceptional and you can understand that the food is homemade. The most amazing view of the Alps. Cons: During check in, they forgot to give us the keys and we needed to ask from the reception. We also found it difficult to contact reception for some

Amazing stay with exceptional service amazing views and unbelievable cousine

We showed up to the property via organized car from the hotel and were extremely impressed immediately by the service. The hotel itself exudes luxury yet so cozy with fires going. We have two young kids that were so happy with the cozy nook they had in our room with their own beds. We were on a 3 week vacation in Italy and Switzerland and had the best meals here.
