Pros: Location, context, panoramic terrace Cons: Lack of cleanliness in common areas, no air circulation, very basic breakfast. Air conditioning in the rooms is very noisy, impossible to keep it on during the night. Restrooms with dated fixtures. The location and context alone do not compensate.

Pros: Spacious and clean room. The hotel is located in Bettona, which is a quiet and charming village. Small pool, but with a beautiful view of the Umbrian hills. Breakfast (very good with several sweet and savory options) is served by the pool, so it enjoys the same view. The restaurant is also good. Very friendly staff. Cons: In our room, the air conditioner was quite noisy, but we still managed to sleep.

Panorama and relaxation
Pros: Certainly the view and panorama from the terraces are stunning and relaxing. The silence and tranquility of the place create the right mix for true physical and mental relaxation. Cons: Let's say nothing, just the interior structure is a bit dated and needs refreshing.
