We have never seen such a catastrophic bad hotel - immediate check-out was the consequence

Cons: That was the worst hotel we have ever booked. Immediately after arrival, we left again. The room was on the 5th floor, without an elevator, it was dirty, bloodstains on bed linen and curtains, the shower did not drain, balcony was totally dirty and inaccessible. Black spots and peeling paint everywhere, the hotel refuses cancellation and we are stuck with costs of 1300 EURO for 3 nights. Had to book a new hotel - an absolute disaster, this hotel is uninhabitable - please be very cautious when booking

Pros: I didn't like being placed on the fourth floor without an elevator, carrying luggage spoiled my trip quite a bit, it was very cold in the room, there was no heating, the only good thing was the location
Cons: The receptionist was a bit unfriendly, they spend very little time at the reception, we had no hot water, I called the emergency number that was at the reception going up and down the 4 floors without an elevator, to which the response I received was to wait, we stayed for 4 days during which they did not even come to change towels or make the bed, zero cleaning, also you couldn't e
