Amazing Stay, Will always stay here when in Minneapolis
Pros: There is an individual at the front desk, Ren, who was AMAZING!! Ren took care of us from the start of our trip until the end and was just delightful. The Lounge is definitely worth the price and the food we had at this hotel was SO good!! Cons: N/A
Pros: The pool, hot tub, breakfast Cons: Can hear neighbors pretty good, kept hearing the maintenance door shut every time, stains on the headboard looked like semen if ya ask me
Completely provided everything we needed for our comfort
Pros: Modern, fun decor. Clean. Location Cons: Hot tub was too small, or a second one would be great. Pool was exceptionally large
Our stay was wonderful and would return if we ever return to this area.
Pros: We liked that the check-in was quick. It was also nice to find our room quickly. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and quiet, and you couldn't hear any other noise. Cons: The swimming area. Kids are running and jumping into the pool and the hot tub. It's dangerous to run on the floor by a pool. Our daughter is a lifeguard, and she has seen kids run and bust open their heads from running on wet floors. The parents need to supervise their children.
