Tammy at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and she upgraded us to a wonderful suite for our entire stay! It was fantastic. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Omar, the concierge, also helped us with everything. He recommended beautiful places to visit and explore, as well as great restaurants. He was incredibly kind and always a pleasure to talk to. What a wonderful team and such a lovely atmosphere! Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. Our housekeeper was very helpful, and the breakfast staff in the lobby were absolutely lovely!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit ganz vielen besonderen und wertvollen Momenten und Begegnungen.

Pros: Lage war perfekt. Man konnte trotzdem problemlos schlafen. Es ist immer etwas los und man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich. Ausserdem ist das Hotel sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkt sehr einladend. Cons: Die Betten sind etwas klein für zwei Personen.
