Disappointed certainly for the price $600 /night Canadian plus taxes
Pros: Safe area, comfortable, clean Cons: Staff were not interested in customer service at ALL! After 4 calls in over an hour, our room service never did arrive. Another request was for a fruit and cheese plate, and while it did arrive , dumped upside down in a takeout styrofoam container , the cheese was very old, unappealing and fruit was moldy

Comfortable rooms. Clean. But that is all
Pros: Did not eat breakfast. To expensive Cons: A better restaurant. The bar lounge was not good at all.

Enjoyable and we will return.
Pros: Breakfast was very good and more than expected in quantity. Location was fine. Cons: Parking garage is awkward and a bit confusing.

Beware
Let me start with the fact the room was clean and nice. Two notes of less than satisfactory: 1. Thankfully, I read a 20% gratuity is already added to the tab handed to you. Though you may not realize the 20% is added on there. Fortunately, I read another posting of someone who experienced this. 2. There were at least two groups of people heading for buses to get on their cruises. Only half the elevators worked, which meant buses were delayed, people were frustrated.
