Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel

Pros: The staff was not helpful, housekeeping was not helpful, room service closed at 9P. We were unable to get room essentials that were not provided at check in, such as towels and glasses for the room. Cons: The staff.

Anniversary night away

Pros: The view at night is beautiful. The event we attended was right in the hotel. A big reason we chose to stay. Overall we enjoyed our time in the location! Cons: The lighting in the bathroom was not the best, the shower temperature could have been hotter for my likings, and the bed was not as soft as what I’m used to sleeping in.

Horrible Experience

Pros: The location Cons: The whole hotel was hot, the room was HOT, the bed had bugs, and the shower door did not stay closed which got the whole bathroom floor wet.

Cons: Bathroom Floor was dirty and sticky. We left at 7am, never showered. Bathroom vanity was falling apart (2nd time we saw this same thing on a prior stay) Inside of bathroom vanity was filthy. We will never return again.

Average
