Great hotel, great service
We were lucky to have club lounge access, and had a wonderful experience. We were treated with so much kindness and respect, especially from Lea who helped us out in the club lounge. Her hospitality was invaluable. Overall great experience! Would come back

Slick and neat, with unique customer service experience when we needed most
The hotel is attractive both inside and outside. It has also a great gym and wellness at the top floor. Rooms are large, with comfortable bathrooms, good air conditioning, and if you’re lucky you have a view of the city of Zurich. We arrived from England tired and stressed (not having a reservation) but their staff Panagiotis welcomed us in a reassuring insightful way, making us feel like royalty. Such an outstanding communicator dedicated to customers’ delight. Highly recommend!

Big fan of the property!
I had a really great experience and felt at home and taken care of in the lounge with Lea and at breakfast with Sarai. I’ve stayed many times and it’s one of my favorite properties in Zurich. Location is top tier as well.
