Pros: Really nothing. Cons: Completely dirty, stained, and strongly smelling sofa bed, no bed sheets available. When asked, we were told it was our duty to say in advance that we wanted to use all booked sleeping arrangements, and no one could bring more bed sheets. The elevator has been out of order for months, access via narrow, steep spiral staircase almost to the roof. The apartment has nothing in common with the photos on booking.com! Nasty, musty dive.
