Brilliant, already booked another stay.

Brilliant Location. Clean. Comfortable. Staff always available to help.

Pros: The view from the room was great. Cons: Not sure the photos represent the reality. Does an entrance, a coridoor and stairs to your room make it a 'hotel'? Also, offsite breakfast is only from 8 til 10.

Great location and staff but reserve a Grand Place view room for the best experience.

Pros: The location and staff are top notch! Cons: A heritage property that is showing its age, especially rooms in the back of the building.

Amazing location

Pros: The location on Grand Place and view from the window was superb. Lovely to be in the room and hear the bustle below but at night with the windows shut you couldn't hear any noise. The room and bathroom were surprisingly large with lots of storage space. So close to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel is need of some updating but the room seemed to be freshly painted. Although there isn't always someone on reception they are easily summoned using phone or whatsapp. Cons: The bathroom does need updating and per management will be done in the next couple of years. Pros: So centrally located and easily accessible to many tourist attractions. Have the view of the Grand Place! Friendly staffs. We chatted so much. Now I am determined to relearn my French. Cons: Nothing.
