Comfortable

Pros: Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable....it was quiet. Walking distance for the metro and Old Town Alexandria. Free shuttle for anywhere within 1 mile. Cons: Breakfast was meh...the "hot" foods were cold. Parking a car was $50 per night, but it was secure parking

Pros: The staff

Pros: The staff. They were pleasant and always smiling. They were very helpful, courteous and very friendly. They anticipated your needs and went out of their way to help. We traveled a lot in Canada and Ameuca. This hotel by far has the best staff. A house manager named Frankie led by example and exemplified outstanding customer service. This is Marriotts better hotels. Cons: No airport shuttle

Great location, beautiful hotel

Love the location of our hotel. Walking distance to the waterfront and so much more. Able to get the shuttle to rent bikes... And then got picked up, to too. Staff was so friendly!! Will definitely stay here next time!!
