Pros: The toaster DID NOT WORK in my room and I can't imagine why it wasn't already repleaced. I left a note in the toaster and placed on it on top of the trash can in my room. The note said, "This toaster is toast. You need to replace." Cons: A working toaster in my room.

The breakfast was fantastic, the staff so kind, I felt very safe, everything was clean, the heated pool was heavenly. It exceeded my expectations
