Residence Inn Baltimore Hunt Valley

Pros: Desk staff was friendly and responded promptly to our requests. Location was very good with easy access to major highways and to wide selection of restaurants and stores. Our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet. Free breakfast was better than average. Cons: Bathrooms are out dated. We had to ask for more toilet paper and body wash in the shower (which we never received). Our stay was for 3 nights. We never had any housekeeping show up during the entire stay. An extra charge was put on our credit card when we checked in. We were told that the extra charge would be credite

Pros: Very Convenient for my visit, very professional staff and breakfast was great options. Cons: Parking can be better, the back of the building parking is very dark and need more lighting and not enough spaces.

This place became a home away from home for my family

Pros: I was very impressed with breakfast and how long it lasted. I also love that check out wasn’t until 12pm. I didn’t have to rush in the morning to eat and pack up Cons: The pool could have been better. I thought the website mentioned a hot tub but I didn’t see one. The pool was freezing so we couldn’t get in.
