Fresh, clean hotel with friendly staff, lovely breakfast, and comfy rooms.

Pros: So clean - you could tell there was just a renovation. Staff was so friendly. There was so much thought put into the layout and items available in the room. Cons: The only complaint is the one elevator is not enough to handle the traffic.

Pros: The young lady that checked us in on Saturday 5/16 around 5p was GREAT

Pros: The young lady that checked us in on Saturday 5/16 around 5p was GREAT. She was kind a very patient with us. Cons: The we're no carts, we checked in at 5p and was in and out until 10p, still no carts. We had to wait til morning not good at all. Being that your hotel is so big more carts are needed.
