Poor experience with the front desk staff
I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Mall of America and had an unpleasant interaction with a front desk employee named Idonya. Her tone was rude, she rolled her eyes, and she made comments under her breath that felt dismissive and unprofessional. It left me feeling uncomfortable as a guest. I hope management addresses this, because the behavior I experienced does not reflect the level of hospitality expected at a Marriott property.

A decent room except for the plug ins.
Pros: Great location, near the mall. Cons: It was most frustrating to me that the room only had two prong plug ins to charge my phone and no other options. I misplaced my plug and needed a few slot plug ins throughout the room. Why just two prong plugs?
