Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good. Cons: Our shower head had little pressure and had to be replaced and there was a small water leak behind the toilet. They fix that when we informed them. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were not filled.

Nice hotel but figure out parking options beforehand if you have a car.
Pros: The concierge was excellent. When we found out the cost of parking at the hotel we looked for other options as it is super expensive. Having said that all the lots around are as well. We managed to figure out street parking with him and very much appreciated his help. The cost of parking at the hotel is part of the reason I rated the hotel lower. The breakfast was good with a range of options. Room was clean and good size. However the gym (although pretty well equipped -we used it every day) needs more regular cleaning. Cons: Cost of parking and the check in staff member was not t

Great location fantastic staff
Pros: Location is fantastic for after an event. Right next to Fenway. Cons: No hotel parking garage (we did find street parking but risked a tow if we didn’t move the car in time) and valet is $75
