The room is huge and super comfortable with friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: It was very spacious and it had a full kitchen with plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans. If you come to this hotel you can cook for the family. Target is right next to the hotel so you can buy some frozen food for dinner. Also there was a shopping mall near by and they have a whole bunch of restaurants and clothing stores. Cons: There was a family with young kids staying upstairs and it was very noisy of them stomping on the floor until late hour. But when we complained to the front desk, they took care of it right away and the noise stopped.

Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The rooms were very spacious. You cannot beat the location of this hotel. Within walking distance to many great things. Cons: The water they left in the lobby for guests was always empty.

Comfortable

Pros: Great size room and facilities, very close to shops and restaurants Cons: The breakfast could have more choice and it did take about 45 minutes on public transport to reach Boston city centre
