Pros: The room was very large and nicely kept, the hallways looked nice, lobby was nice. Cons: Charged extra for parking when the room was expensive as it was. Ac/heating unit didn’t work well.

Pros: Nice location Cons: Lots of spiders and webs on the patio. I couldn't enjoy myself. The swimming pool was very cold. I spoke with the front desk and they told me maintenance was gone and that they couldn't do anything about it. Around 11:40 pm as I was laying down the furnace started to make this loud banging noise like an airplane turbine. I called the front desk to report it. She told me she would get me another room and I would have to wait till security did their rounds before she could come to my room and give me another key card. I waited 25 min then went downstairs to get it myse

Very good stay, would stay again in the future

Cons: Paying for parking. Email said $15 dollars but we were charged $20

Great

Pros: The location is excellent if you are staying downtown Buffalo. Easily walkable. The staff was very friendly. Cons: There is no hot tub and the pool is cold but very nice and clean. Clean towels were regularly laid out on chairs and the area was nicely maintained….we just prefer a hot tub! The common area was a nice place to meet.
