Great
Pros: The location is excellent if you are staying downtown Buffalo. Easily walkable. The staff was very friendly. Cons: There is no hot tub and the pool is cold but very nice and clean. Clean towels were regularly laid out on chairs and the area was nicely maintained….we just prefer a hot tub! The common area was a nice place to meet.
Clean and quiet
Pros: Very clean Cons: No complaints
An excelent option
The hotel location is great. The room was clean, it has a very good layout Didnt like the breakfast but is ok if you are in a hurry Parking is free and is very close to good restaurants
Pleasantly surprised
We had been staying in Air BnBs for most of our 30-day road trip, so I wasn’t really looking forward to staying for three days in a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the Residence Inn in downtown Buffalo. What I liked: The room was very spacious. The bed and pillows were about the most comfortable on our 30-day trip. The hotel and the room itself were very quiet. I always appreciate having a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The breakfast was reasonably good for a hotel, self-serve breakfast and it was nice not having to spend an addition $5 for a cup of coffee or $25 for breakf
