Noisy rooms. Bar not stocked.
Pros: Size and facilities in rooms Cons: Rooms were noisy from train line right next to it. We moved from 8th to 32nd floor but it was still as noisy. Numerous times in the middle dale of the night. Had 1 Gin and Tonic in bar first night then they told us they had no tonic. My husband had to go to supermarket the following night to buy our own tonic!
Marie, the receptionist, was very friendly and welcoming, and provided good local advice on where to visit and areas to avoid. The room she gave us was exceptional and was available to us late morning.

For the price, the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The facilities were beautiful, and everything about the breakfast—the dining area, the food, and especially the staff—was excellent. One unexpected thing happened during our stay: the fire alarm went off right around the time we were getting up in the morning. We went outside and took a little morning walk while everything was being checked. Thankfully, there was no serious problem, and everything was handled smoothly. We were able to come back inside shortly afterward, enjoy breakfast, and return to our room. It actually turned into a memor
