Pros: Desk staff was very helpful. Did all they could to assist us with our parking concerns with the incompetent valet staff. Cons: Valet staff did not provide accurate information for both where the front desk was and giving directions for the P3 & P4 garages. Family ended up at ALOFT hotel elevators and was told they would have to re-load car and drive to the correct parking area. I heard other guests complaining about same issues. This is a very bad look. Ended up speaking with the Valet Mgr once I checked out.
