Schön, aber wir kommen nicht mehr

Pros: Das Hotel liegt ideal mitten im Zentrum von Chicago, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück ist dabei, Kaffee und Tee allerdings meistens leer. Die Zimmer sind überaus groß und komfortabel. Cons: Die Rezeption ist im 20. Stock, da muss man erst mal mit den Koffern hin, außerdem unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Ich habe um ein Zimmer weit oben gebeten, bekommen habe ich eines im zweiten Stockwerk von unten. Ich musste meinen Aufenthalt um zwei Nächte verlängern, da mein Flug storniert wurde, auch da konnte man uns nicht weiterhelfen. Anstatt direkt bei der Rezeption zu verlängern, musste

It was a great staycation for us.

Pros: The professional and friendly staff. The room was comfortable but nothing spectacular about it. Cons: I liked it being in the heart of the Chicago magnificent mile.

I will stay again

Pros: Steve helped us get a minivan to the airport. That was a nice touch. I appreciated his help. Cons: I didn't know there was no pool until I got to the hotel.
