Pros: The location is in a nice neighborhood just a short comfortable walk to Cleveland Clinic, and the parking was very close to the hotel making loading and unloading luggage a snap. The room had every amenity you could need with a full kitchen, large fridge, desk by the window (could use more light there) and spacious shower. Everything I needed was in the exercise room, and I do love your lounge with the availability of a nice glass of wine. Breakfast was complete with waffles! This is my go-to hotel when I come to Cleveland Clinic. Thanks for another pleasant and relaxing stay. Cons: Can

Great location near CWRU
This hotel is right on the edge of the CRWU campus. Garage parking. Great front desk staff that are very knowledgable of the area. Room was very large and clean. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

Nightmare credit card situation
I stayed at this hotel and enjoyed my stay, but the customer service from most at the front desk was horrific at a later date. I called this establishment on August the 9th to see why my credit card showed a pending charge of $50 and I was told to contact my bank. I called capital one who said that pending charge was placed on 8/9/2026. So I call back concerned somebody was accessing my credit card without authorization seeing as I checked out of that hotel on the 20th of July and that was 21 days prior. So I spoke my concerns to a front desk clerk who said let me transfer you to my genera
