Clean and comfortable, good food!

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Sorry I missed it the first day. The bed was very comfortable, better then my own. The room was exceptionally clean. Im allergic to dust, cats and dogs and even though they allow dogs i did not have and problems. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Pretty cool Cons: The parking and downtown traffic was less than desirable. Not enough spots to park, but there is a city lot across the street and the will reimburse the parking fee. Booking.com said parking was free for a 3 day stay and it is NOT. $33 daily. Traffic on the one way streets at 3pm is horrific. Other

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Everything looked brand new. Bed was very comfortable.

Great home away from home!

Pros: The room was so neat and clean. The king bed was supportive and comfy. Great view of the city from the 9th floor. Hotel very close to restaurants and places to visit. Cons: It took a little bit to navigate the ground floor to the street and the next level up for the lobby & sky walk but learned quickly.

Loved Grand Rapids, probably would try a different hotel next time

Pros: Great location in very walkable downtown! Room 308 was spacious. Man at front desk (two tone hair) was pleasant, personable and engaging. Spinach quiche on breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Buffet area had comfortable seating. Bed linens were good quality. Cons: I called the hotel on Saturday prior to arrival asking for the pullout sofa to be made up. The female front office person said we don’t offer that service. Additionally, we learned housekeeping would be done once during our 4 day stay. Upon entering property, I missed the black sign directing guests to go upstairs
