A great value and location hotel for a trip to Lower Manhattan

Pros: Super location, friendly reception staff, and a great room for 5 people which kept the cost affordable. Loved the free washing machine usage and the small but perfectly adequate gym. The free breakfast was pretty decent and plentiful. Cons: I never saw all 3 lifts working leading to very long waits at rush hour (like when you’re trying to get to work on time). Also housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - some days very good, then the day I really wanted the room cleaned as I had friends joining me, my room was missed completely.

Enttäuschung & Betrug

Cons: Unser sechstägiger Aufenthalt entsprach leider in keiner Weise dem Standard, den wir erwartet haben. Bereits bei der Anreise war das für drei Personen gebuchte Zimmer nur für zwei Personen vorbereitet. Erst nach einer Wartezeit von fünf Stunden erhielten wir Bettwäsche für die dritte Person. Das Zimmer war verschmutzt, der Geschirrspüler war noch eingeräumt, Töpfe und Pfannen waren mit Essensresten verschmutzt, die Bettdecke war fleckig und auch das Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts fand kein Housekeeping statt. Betten wurden ein einziges Mal gemacht, Mü
