Pros: Pulizia,letto comodissimo, biancheria di qualità, possibilità di usare cucina attrezzata fantastico, bevande calde e pop corn sempre disponibili, colazione buona, navetta di grande utilità Vicino a sole 3 fermate dal centro di Manhattan Cons: Aria condizionata troppo alta in zona colazione e parlo di ottobre!! Personale reception e autisti navetta non molto professionali e con aspetto curato, colazione poco varia ad esempio solo banane come frutta perché non mettere anche ananas mele arance o almeno alternare, latte freddo ogni volta devi chiedere per riscaldarlo, cosa ci vuole a mett

Pros: Værelse er stort med alt nødvendigt i køkkenet, shuttle bus til metro,og fedt udsigt til byen i hver fald øverste etage. God morgenmad, og te og kaffe døgnet rundt. Cons: Støj fra fabrikken over gaden, vindue isolationen er dårligt, og mangel af grøntsager til morgenmad.

Pros: It was about a 10 minute walk to the metro closest. The staff were very friendly, caring, and hardworking. Cons: There were only two working elevators and you had to wait at least 6 minutes to get in. It was very crowded. They didn’t provide slippers and toothbrushes. Their phone and coffee machines in the room were all broken. We asked for a new coffee machine and it was even worse because all the water was lost as vapor and it dripped from the edges only. The sofa bed was missing springs from one side and could break anytime. The surroundings were very sketchy and shady.

Estancia perfecta

Pros: Estuvimos en la suite de la planta 16 y tanto las instalaciones como las vistas fueron magníficas. El desayuno muy bien, el personal muy bien, la ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de manhattan a pocos pasos de paradas de metro y a solo dos paradas a Manhattan. Las instalaciones del hotel están super bien incluida la lavanderia y el gimnasio. Sin duda una fantástica estancia. Cons: Lo único que comentaria como comentario es que hay momentos en que la espera de los ascensores es larga.
