Why the flood light in my windows?! Needs a maintenance spring cleaning and maintenance upgrade.

Pros: The team was phenomenal, so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so nice to our children. The breakfast buffet is well put together with the several options to put together Cons: The flood light pointing at the windows!!! Why?! You fant sleep at night!!! The smell, the heat, the old features like the door lock screws are stripped and on other thing the screws are loose and old. The sinks cover doesn't allow proper drainage. The hallways were absolutely uncomfortable hot and muggy!!! The hallway by the pool has mildew and takes your breath away!!! There should be a designated smoker area

Pros: A very quiet place without noise is what I liked the most Cons: That the hot tub wasn't working was the main reason why I rented this place and for it not to work I am a little upset, that's why I wish they had informed me earlier and I cancel the reservation

Pros: Un lugar muy tranquilo sin Ruido es lo que más me gustó Cons: Que no funcionaba el hot tub fue la principal razón por la que rente este lugar y para que no funcionara estoy un poco molesta x eso ojalá y me hubieran avisado antes y cancelo la reservación
