Cons: They required a $100 deposit that should have been mentioned during the booking process. I don't mind placing a deposit, but if you go through the entire booking process and charge someone's card that charge should have already been mentioned. This hotel didn't say a word about it until you were on site and trying to check in. Better communication would be appreciated.
Pros: Everything Cons: Ac controls wouldn't work. You couldn't turn it up or down but it came on.
Instalaciones y ubicación
Pros: Room was nice Cons: Getting charged twice. Hassle at front desk. Paid to booking. com two weeks prior and hotel wanted to charge again. They said it happens all the time . Better coordination needed.
Great value for a clean and friendly place
Pros: Friendly staff, each person greeted me with a pleasant smile Cons: It was a little difficult to get to the actual parking lot. It’s behind some restaurants and among a cluster of hotels
