Residence Inn Charlotte Uptown

Pros: The location was amazing

Pros: The location was amazing. The room had all of the amenities you expect in a residence inn. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The staff had events planned throughout the day, which made being there that much better. There was definitely a vibe! Cons: There was one elevator working and the hotel was full so it took a very long time to go up and down. The staff had signage up, but once our event was over, we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to go back to our room.

Great experience. Loved the location. Central to everything and most places within walking distance.

Bathtub did not drain and had hair in it. Comfortable beds. Staff very friendly

Only worth the money if you need to walk to an uptown venue

Pros: The location is unbeatable! Uptown right between Bank of America Stadium and Truist Field Cons: The lobby and hallways smelled like pot the whole time we were there. The room was clean but shabby and used. Very little decor. Lots of dents and dings in furniture and walls

Pros: Proximity to Charlotte Knights and Panthers stadiums. Also the cleanliness of lobby, gym, and my room. Cons: Honestly nothing - it was a great visit.
