It was a nice facility and staff was very helpful and kind.
Pros: The property was clean and picked up Cons: There was a couple of places that there was holes in the concrete where a misstep would have been bad

Cons: They knew about my dogs and even though we were a very late check in (11:40 pm) and left by 10:30am
Cons: They knew about my dogs and even though we were a very late check in (11:40 pm) and left by 10:30am. I still have to pay almost $400! They never said anything about a non refundable pet deposit and I never signed anything but they just randomly tacked it on without telling me
