The desk staff was excellent, even when challenging incidents occurred. Great team, especially morning crews who kept positive throughout activities. GM also responsive to questions and comments

Mediocre
Flat pillows. AC didn’t keep up. Bathroom smelled. No info about hotel or local area in rooms. Confusing setup with other hotel connected.

This hotel was a very clean and friendly place to stay. An easy walk to many restaurants and the US Bank stadium
