Pros: Just loved the calming atmosphere. The desk put me at ease with a booking mistake. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

This was not our first stay here and they continuously give us reasons to return. Every single person I interacted with at this hotel was beyond friendly and so sweet. Everyone made sure to check in, ask how we were enjoying ourselves, ask if there was anything we needed. I will continue returning to this hotel every time I am in Philadelphia.

Pros: Room was clean and staff friendly..Good breakfast Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and AC was extremely noisy. Also right by train tracks.
