Great for a work hotel
Pros: I was traveling for work and it was a great work hotel option. Very central to everything in surprise and my room was huge! Didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities but the staff were kind and they designated area for dogs to play and use the restroom which was super convenient! Cons: It is a typical Residence Inn but as long as those are your expectations its a great work hotel!

Great stay in Surprise!
Pros: This property seems very new, spotlessly clean with plush beds, pillows and linens. A/C and bathroom fans were quietly efficient. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or workout room but they both looked clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our special requests. Breakfast offerings were fresh and plentiful. We'll definitely stay again. Cons: Often, sofa beds are already made up with at least a bed pad and bottom sheet. This wasn't. The mattress was thin and the pull-out bed was uncomfortable.
