Pros: The rooms are out dated. The outdoor space pales in comparison to the Hilton 1 mile away. Cons: The “fire pit” area was pitiful. No other words can describe it.

Pros: Not much Cons: Filthy, dirty furniture ,walls etc. AC not working in room, mold on walls etc. No one at desk for checkout. Run down property since my last visit 3 years ago

OMFG DO NOT BOOK !

This hotel was awful, we knew we couldn’t stay as soon as we checked in. We entered our suite and were hit with the smell of smoke. We tried opening a window and a piece just fell off, we couldn’t get them open. The room was so hot and the air was so weak; we could've blasted the AC all week and the room still wouldn’t have cooled down. The bed was incredibly small. It was supposed to be a queen, it looked like a small double. I know for a fact it wasn’t a queen and it would’ve been terribly uncomfortable for 2 people. The table tops were sticky and still had wet rings on them. And all we hear

Nightmare in CT

911 stay the F away absolute false advertisement with these pics on tripadvisor. Dirty carpers,musty smells ,a worker vaping ,a cigar smoker on elevator ,broken windows in 1 of our rooms. We checked in at 11:00 pm and checked out 11:01 ,they chrged my card and im fighting for a refund as we speak

Terrible experience!

Do not book a reservation or a wedding block at this hotel. Our entire family’s wedding block of reservations were canceled last minute and many of us didn’t know until we arrived to check-in before the rehearsal dinner. Still can’t believe this happened to us. We all had to scramble for alternative arrangements. The bride & groom planned a beautiful wedding weekend and the Residence Inn, Southington CT added so much unnecessary stress!
