Convenient location for what we were there for staff friendly

The property is in an excellent, central location downtown. The facilities were top-tier, even though the hotel is currently renovating. Everything was wonderful down to the staff who were very accommodating. In other cities, this type of hotel would charge an arm and a leg, but the prices were beyond decent and I appreciated the free breakfast. I’d highly recommend to anyone traveling to, or through Tampa. Five stars!!!
Very pleasant stay with lovely helpful staff and comfortable clean and well equipped rooms.
Pros: Pool, breakfast, lovely clean modern rooms and amazing staff, especially Sheea on reception who was so helpful when we left our bags before we could check in and help us later too with good advice. Cons: Nothing, and even though there were renovations going on, it didn’t affect our stay.
They were doing renovations, so I have hope that a future stay might be better.
Pros: The breakfast was good and the pool was a nice bonus since it was very hot out and we enjoyed the time there. The kitchen area in our suite was well stocked (not that we cooked, but it seemed we could have) and the bed was very comfortable. Cons: Our toilet was full of excrement when we got there, and the shower had a drip which had worn down the floor of the tub and left reddish marks. It looked pretty gross. I also struggled to control the temperature of the shower, it was scalding most of the time. The carpeting throughout the suite was not great, had some pulls and stains.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about!
Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The room was sparkling clean and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Fresh towels were provided regularly. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of options. We also loved the swimming pool — it was very clean and well-maintained. Having washer and dryer facilities on-site was extremely convenient for us. Excellent location as well! Cons: Everything was great, nothing to complain about!
