Pleasant and convenient
I had a great stay at Residencia Universitaria Resa Claudio Coello. -Location is excellent—situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, yet just a short 5-block walk to Nuñez de Balboa metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering lots of options for dining out. -The residence itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a 3-day stay. -The included breakfast was a pleasant bonus—fresh and varied, with both hot and cold options to start the day right

We loved the place
We loved the place. We managed to check in before the scheduled time. The people are very friendly. There is no TV and the bed was two single beds together, but everything was fine. The cleanliness was average, but nothing that disturbed my stay.

Fantastic cost-benefit for Madrid
Fantastic cost-benefit for Madrid. Pros: Location, cleanliness, politeness and professionalism by the staff, vibrant atmosphere, powerful air conditioning even with 39°C outside, room service, very good priced meals. Could be better: the cooktop becomes useless as there are no pans or cookers; studio is a little smaller and less comfortable, when we compare to similar ones from other cities. But considering the general high prices from Madrid, it is an excellent deal.
