Pros: Hübsches Zimmer mit schönem Balkon, sehr schöner Garten, gemütliche kleine Aufenthaltsräume. Das ganze Hotel ist überaus geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal Cons: Sehr laute amerikanische Reisegruppe. Das Frühstück war ganz o.k., aber für diesen Hotelpreis ziemlich bescheiden

Una residenza di charme immersa nel verde
Pros: La posizione è comoda soprattutto per andare in spiaggia (a due minuti di distanza). La residenza è molto bella e caratteristica, con moltissimi spazi comuni dove è possibile sedersi per bere qualcosa, leggere, fare due chiacchiere. Il giardino con il platano centrale è bellissimo e nelle belle giornate il ristorante fa accomodare lì, molto bello. Lo staff è senza eccezioni estremamente gentile, dalla reception a chi serve al ristorante e chi fa le pulizie, complimenti. La zona è molto tranquilla, immersa nel verde. Pros: Sehr freundlich war das kostenlose Upgrade auf ein Balkonzimmer, wunderbar der Blick in den schönen Garten und die Ruhelage in einer Villengegend am Lido. Geräumiges Bad und fast überirdische Sauberkeit. Eklektischer, etwas abgeschabter Charme unterschiedlichster Stilrichtungen. Auschecken um 11:30 ist komfortabel und kam unseren Reiseplänen sehr entgegen. Cons: Es ist Venedig, die Preise sind in Relation zur Leistung einfach zu hoch. Gemessen am hohen Zimmer-Preis fallen folgende Kleinigkeiten dann doch ins Gewicht: unser Zimmer im Nebengebäude aus den 1970ern war sehr hellhörig -v.a. m

Hôtel de charme que nous fréquentons depuis plus de vingt ans tous les trois ou quatre ans, donc un avis qui peut manquer d'objectivité. Certes éloigné de la place Saint Marc mais parfait pour visiter la Biennale et se retrouver au calme. De plus la plage n'est pas loin pour ceux qui voudraient en profiter. Personnel toujours sympathique et serviable
