We’ve arrived and the staff gave us a room with two single beds, even if we had boooked a room with a double bed. They c

Pros: Nothing. Cons: The room was very dirty, the bedsheets were very dirty, also the common spaces were totally dirty. The bathroom was also dirty with remains of cut nails of other people who had been there previously. The water was not flowing properly from the sink.
