Pros: There is no reception, so I only dealt with the staff remotely
Pros: There is no reception, so I only dealt with the staff remotely. They sorted out an access issue relatively quickly, and once I had the entry code there were no problems. The breakfast voucher at the nearby bakery was a nice touch. Cons: The room was very hot.
