Location location location!
Pros: So convenient, quick walk from Paddington station so easy to access. We had a front room around the corner from the main check in. It was summer and we appreciated the aircon which worked well. Small bathroom but didn’t need it to be bigger. Travelled with a group of 4. Cons: Everything was great.
Worn but clean and safe
Pros: Ideally located, air con was much appreciated on a warm day. Terrace room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and linens. No complaints. Cons: A bit dingy/neglected and rough around the edges, but everything felt safe and clean.
The only real strength of this hotel is the central/convenient location. For the rest, the experience was

Lovely old building in a great location at a fantastic price!
Pros: In a great location to get to from the station. Has aircon. Lovely building. Cons: There were 3 of us staying, only one glass in the room when we arrived and not enough milk or coffee for us all. I know I could ask for more, but surely it should be set out for the number of people.
