Very beautiful buildung and rooms
Pros: Building is very beautiful Room is very beautiful Cons: Can be noisy if people sit in the garden and chat (But that's a common thing in the UK I guess)
Muy recomendable
Pros: Posee un jardín excepcional y la ubicación es excelente. Cons: Habitación algo calurosa, más bien pequeña.
Wonderful stay. Highly recommended
Pros: Beautiful rooms and clever sunken construction in the lovely grounds. So comfortable. Enjoyed the part of staying in an historic building with a somewhat recent contentious story but also how the narrative and art has addressed this complexity. The coffee shop was a simple pleasant experience, and sitting outside next to the lovely wildflower garden (in spite of the dryness from the drought). Cons: For the beauty and solid features and fittings in the room it was surprising how the neighbours' doors banging rattled through to our room. But not enough to deter a wonderful stay!
Very good overall
Pros: Location, building atmosphere, cleanliness, quality of room facilities, friendly and helpful staff Cons: The room was fine but it was a very hot night and I found it to hard to sleep comfortably
Lovely accommodation in central Oxford
Pros: It’s a beautiful building in a great location. My bedroom was very comfortable and I enjoyed the garden. Cons: It would have been nice to have had access to some communal space (lounge/library). It didn’t really matter because I enjoyed the cafe/garden but it would have been more of an issue in bad weather
